Wanted Grille or ideas on how to make custome Grille

As title says Im after a spare Grill to experiment with or some ideas on how to make a decent custom grille for my copen

any ideas or spare grilles, broken or otherwise?

Metal grills are made commercially. They're used on loudspeaker front grills for example.

You might be able to find a supplier online?

I can't remember if there is any curvature or even double curvature on a Copen grill. If it's not completely flat your job becomes very difficult I would think.
