My 'Winter Hat' was ordered on 1 Nov arrived on 10th Nov.
The hat itself is of a good quality and size. The custom 'printing' is a little disappointing.
I thought the letters would be embroidered, but this is not the case. (To be fair, embroidery is not mentioned in the shop.)
The letters look like they are made of a thin felt and glued on. The problem is the letters don't stretch when you put the hat on and don't look very durable.

I'll still wear it and hope to be proved wrong!

The pictures below show the hat letters un-stretched and stretched a little.
I think you can see the effect.

The supplier uses different printing techniques for different products. For example, the graphics on the t-shirts are usually done with digital transfers. On the hat, the lettering is done in a method called "flex". The letters are cut from a material which is then applied under high heat. They describe it as "flexible and resilient". They say "tests have shown that the form and colour of the flex print barely change after 100 washes", so it should be reasonably durable.

It would be interesting to hear if it does last as well as the supplier claims. If it doesn't last as claimed, or if you think the quality is not good enough, then you should send it back.

Incidentally, the delivery seems a bit slow to me. It would be useful to hear delivery times from other people as well to see if it is consistent.
